These terms govern access to Loupe Technologies Inc.’s website and repair operations platform. By using Loupe, you agree to these terms on behalf of your service centre or organization.
Platform role
Loupe provides software for repair operations. Your service centre remains the issuer of repairs, estimates, and certificates presented to customers and retailer partners.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Loupe lawfully, maintain account security, and ensure your team enters accurate repair and customer information required for your operations.
Commercial terms
Pricing, onboarding, support, and data handling for paid accounts are defined in your order form or commercial agreement with Loupe.
