When you book a demo, contact us, or use the Loupe platform, we may collect business contact details, account information, and operational data entered into the service by you or your team. Visits to our marketing website are measured as described under Website analytics.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the Loupe platform, respond to inquiries, scope pricing, deliver support, and communicate about your account or requested demo. We use website measurements to see which pages are useful and how people find the site.
Website analytics
Our marketing website uses Google Analytics to measure visits. Google Analytics sets cookies and records pages viewed, how you reached the site, and general information about your browser and device, including an approximate location. We use that information to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics does not run inside the Loupe platform, and it does not collect customer, retailer, or repair case data.
Google processes this information under its privacy policy. You can limit collection in your browser’s cookie settings, or with Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
Service centre data
Your service centre remains the controller of customer, retailer, and repair case data entered into Loupe. Loupe processes that data to operate the platform on your behalf.
