Loupe

About

Designed by service centres. Built for growth.

Loupe was built from the ground up by people who spent decades running watch service centres — intake, bench work, estimates, parts sourcing, retailer relationships, and customer communication. We built the system we always wished we had on the bench and at the front desk.

Built for watch service. Not adapted to it.

Most service centres stitch together jewelry POS, spreadsheets, email, QuickBooks, and paper — or pay tens of thousands for something custom that still does not fit. Loupe sits between those two problems: built for how watch service actually runs, at a price you can plan for month to month.

Every part of Loupe is designed around the work owners and managers live with — movements, promise dates, manufacturer repairs, warranties, parts ordering, retailer relationships, and keeping customers informed. It is not generic shop software with a watch label. It is one place to run your service centre.

Less time explaining repairs. More time finishing them.

The hardest part of a repair is often not the bench work — it is explaining what your watchmaker found in language a customer understands and approves. Loupe helps turn bench notes into estimate language customers can read, so your team spends less time rewriting the same explanation.

Combined with quotes priced to your shop, repair pages for customers and retailers, parts tracking, and a repair list that shows what is late, Loupe gives growing service centres the kind of control large organizations pay a fortune to build — without the fortune.

The loupe metaphor

A loupe magnifies what matters. That is what Loupe is for: clarity on every repair — where it is, who owns it, what it costs, and who needs to know. See every repair clearly.
